WOLF AND I HAD BEEN GOING TO OPENHOUSES by ourselves for a few weeks not really finding anything we liked and not sure if we were ready to trust an agent. As first time home buyers we had been told horror stories about high pressure or dissinterested agents and knew that wasn't for us. We met Steve at an open house on one of our many futile Sunday searches. The house was gorgeous but out of our price range. The day he handed us the keys to our first home was a bitter sweet one. Although we were happy to have finally found our home we felt like we were loosing a friend. We could not have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers. Steve is an amazing agent and an even more amazing person. We sing his praises from the rooftop!

I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO LET
everyone else know about the experience that my wife and I had when we sold our home with Steve Hunt-Lesage .

Although everyones story is different and ours was no exception, Thank goodness we had Steve on our side. We were looking to sell quickly and get top dollar for our property and with Steves system we accomplished both.

AN A+ REAL ESTATE AGENT...
I had called Steve about a house he had listed on M.L.S. Unlike other agents I had also called that day, Steve returned my call immediately and offered to show me homes. He was patient and eager to show me whatever I wanted to look at. His knowledge in what to look for in a home showed through, as he would point out defects as well as attributes of a particular home.

Steve was always available when I called, with a genuine personality and comical attitude. I have highly recommended him to my friends because he made looking for and buying a house, more pleasant than I have ever experienced.

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A REVENUE PROPERTY,
not using one particular agent, and found I was not getting the response to calls for property info. A close friend had just bought a property and had raved about how great her agent was....so I gave Steve a call. He responded immediately and I was impressed from the "get-go".
